As you’re reading this, it’s safe to assume you have a somewhat successful blog.

Perhaps you read my 6 awesome tips for writing content that will get read, and you’ve established an audience.

Your viewership is through the roof, and you’re getting a decent bit of money from ad revenue. Now, you have to take your blog to the next level and build on this success.

It’s time to grow things even further and become one of the most popular blogs around.

You might not like what you’re about to read, but the best way to grow a successful blog is by investing your earnings.

Yes, you worked hard to make that money, but you need to invest it back into your blog. Primarily, you’re treating your blog like a business – you spend money to improve the way things are.

This will mainly revolve around the idea of outsourcing, so follow these three steps to get the ball rolling:

Invest in marketing

Clearly, you have a decent enough marketing strategy as you’ve enjoyed some success.

However, to take things to the next level, you need to get on the level of the bigger blogs. Most of the successful blogs will have marketing strategies designed by agencies.

You are not a marketing expert, so quit acting like one. Now that you have some money to invest, hire an agency to develop a strategy for you. Or, if it’s cheaper, find a freelancer that will do the work.

They can develop an expert approach that will reel in even more traffic and grow more success.

Invest in IT support

This might sound strange, but when you think about it, it makes a lot of sense. Blogs are essentially just websites.

So, there are lots of technical issues to concern yourself with. Things like servers, hosts, website speeds, and so on. You can find IT support for businesses that will provide you with key help to elevate your blog to new heights.

Your new team might find a quicker and more reliable server, improving the user experience, and reducing your bounce rate. They could also help you secure your own domain name, adding more professionalism to your site.

IT support basically takes care of all the behind-the-scenes stuff that plays a key role in how your blog functions.

Invest in some talent

Let’s be honest, the best way to grow a successful blog is to produce more content.

If you have a post every single day, you will always bring in more people. Multiple posts per day covering different topics will be even better. As one person, you struggle to do all of this.

So, invest in some talent and hire freelance copywriters to write for you. Thus, you can improve your content output without burning out!

All of these investments help you outsource different services to grow your blog. After enjoying a bit of success, you have to get serious and treat your blog like a business.

From here, you will go from strength to strength and establish yourself online.
