If you want to go far in business, then building a strong brand and winning brand loyalty from your customers is a good way to do that, but it is not easy to convince consumers that they should buy their products from you and you alone, when just about every market is saturated with endless options.

One thing that can really help you to build brand loyalty, however, making your business more personable than the competition. If customers feel like they can really connect with your brand on a more personal level, they are more likely to become loyal to your company.

Okay, but how exactly do you make your business brand more personable? Here are a few good ideas:

Spend more time on social media

There are no two ways about it, if you want to make your business more personable, then you need to spend more time on social media. Social media is the perfect platform for engaging with your customers and getting to know them a bit better while also sharing more about your company and what your brand does too.

If you want your company to be more personable, then you need to actually engage with your customers on various platforms. You need to answer their questions and reply to their comments, and you can afford to do so in a way that is a bit more personal as long as you keep all interactions professional. Let your personality shine through and they will see your brand as being more than just a money-making business.

Showing them behind the scenes, introducing them to staff members and showing them around your office, especially if it is one of those fancy KRP Properties, will also help to humanize your brand and show the customer more of what you do and why you do it.

Live stream

Live streaming, whether on social media or another platform of your own, is another great way to make your business brand seem more personable. It will amenable your customers to interact with you in real-time and find out a bit more about your company.

There are many ways to do live streaming sessions from running an information session about your business to running a course on a related niche that they may want to buy your products for. So, you might need to experiment with different forms of live streaming until you find the one that works best for your business and helps to foster the best relations.

Mirror the audience

A great way to make your brand more personable is to personify it. By this, I mean you should do some market research to find out who your customers are, their likes and dislikes, the language they use and any other information that will help you to build a profile of the typical customer.

Once you have this information, you can then use it to create a personality for your brand in the language you use, the images you post and the values you run your business by. If they can see themselves in your brand, they are far more likely to become loyal customers over the years than if you are just another cookie-cutter business looking for their money.

Keep it consistent

When it comes to branding, everything from your web content to your packaging must be consistent in tone. You should use the same writing style, the same color palete, even the same fonts if you want to give the customer a clear idea of who you are and what you are about.

Write an origin story

Just like most superheroes have an origin story that allows the viewer to understand who they are and why they do what they do, so should your business Think about why you started the business, what you aim to do, what values you wish to uphold and how you hope to achieve them, and weave them into an origin story that connects with the audience and makes them feel like they know your brand a little better once they are done. You want the audience to understand and respect you, so think very carefully about the story you tell, but do keep it truthful!

When your brand is more personable, you can more easily connect with customers and win their loyalty, which will put you at a distinct advantage when you are looking to make more sales, retain more customers and scale your business. So, be sure to put some of these ideas into action right now.
